From a single facility in Narayanganj to a globally recognized manufacturing partner.

2017

Foundation

Radical Design Limited was established as a 100% export-oriented knitwear manufacturer under Knit Concern Group, beginning with a 50,000 sq. ft. facility and 300 workers.

2018 – 2019

First Certifications & Expansion

Achieved BSCI and Sedex certifications. Expanded dyeing and finishing capacity with new ETP systems. Workforce grew to 600+ skilled employees.

2020 – 2021

Resilience & Diversification

Navigated global disruptions while maintaining 100% on-time delivery commitments. Obtained OEKO-TEX and GOTS certifications. Expanded product range to women's and kids' wear.

2022 – 2023

Sustainable Growth

Installed solar panels and upgraded ETP plant. Factory expanded to 250,000 sq. ft. Workforce reached 1200+ skilled workers.

2024 – Present

Global Reach

Now exporting to 25+ countries across Europe, North America and Asia. Recognized as a preferred manufacturing partner by multiple leading global fashion brands.

In-house dyeing plant with Pantone matching system, enzyme washing, bio-polishing and eco-friendly reactive/vat processes for vivid, lasting colour.

Computer-aided design and automated cutting equipment combined with skilled sewing operators expert in flat-lock, overlock and specialty techniques.

In-House Testing Lab

Dedicated QA laboratory for fabric testing, colour fastness, shrinkage, pilling resistance and garment measurement verification before every shipment.

Packing & Warehouse

Climate-controlled packing facility and bonded warehouse with barcode tracking, supporting both poly-bag and hanger presentation exports.
